Well folks, it's that time of the month again... literally. I will be postponing my weigh-in for today. Check back tomorrow!!
In the mean time, since I am a psych major and all I found some articles on the subject for all my lady friends out there who may experience a similar situation each month! Educating yourself on the natural processes of your body can really help you NOT throw that scale out the window and want to jump off a building when it's your TOM and you have to weigh-in.

Sorry to all the men who are reading this, although on the other hand educating yourself might just save your ass from the unwanted side affects of the TOM. Keep you from stepping into the lion's den so to speak... your welcome.
